At Havensone Pharmaceuticals, your trust and satisfaction come first. If anything doesn’t feel right with your Clarity product, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed with the original safety sticker.
  • To request a return, please email info@clearchoiceclarity.com. with:
    • Your order number
    • Your full name and phone number
    • A clear photo of the invoice and received items
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after review and approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items.
  • Follow the same steps as above to initiate your exchange.
  • In case of a product issue or delivery error, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover it completely.
  • Email us with your order details and photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and informed if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@clearchoiceclarity.com.
