Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed with the original safety sticker.
- To request a return, please email info@clearchoiceclarity.com. with:
- Your order number
- Your full name and phone number
- A clear photo of the invoice and received items
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after review and approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items.
- Follow the same steps as above to initiate your exchange.
- In case of a product issue or delivery error, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover it completely.
- Email us with your order details and photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
Refunds
- You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and informed if your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@clearchoiceclarity.com.
